Time and Space are discontinuous as quantic Physics and Biology always affirmed. There are in the Universe infinite clocks, forms of reality that trace discontinuous, temporal cycles; and infinite pieces of spatial energy, quantic spaces, divided by membranes, borders and discontinuities, both in organic and physical entities. That quantic nature of space and time implies the equality between energy and space on one hand, and between time cycles and bits of information on the other. They are the 2 arrows or substances that create the Universe:
- The space and energy of any quantic being, homologous concepts both in biological sciences (where we talk of vital space) and in Physics (since the vacuum is a field of energetic forces). It is the arrow of entropy studied by physical sciences, of organic disintegration and explosion of information into energy that expands space. So masses explode into A-Bombs, black holes into quasars; cells and organisms die and erase their information, while societies break their governments and destroy themselves in wars.
- The bits of information stored in memorial patterns that accumulate over time. Since as time passes, systems and living beings evolve towards forms of higher in-form-ation and complexity. It is the creative arrow of informative time that warps, orders, evolves and informs all systems towards more complexity. So masses order spatial fields of forces into cyclical particles of information, brains order organisms, black holes order galaxies and DNA orders cells.
Thus we reduce the '5 main elements of reality', information, energy, mass, a condensate of energy (E:Mc2), space and time, to 2 forms, spatial energy and temporal information, the 2 substances of all organisms and physical systems with opposite, antisymmetric forms and properties in all scales of reality:

Energy bites and information bits merge together creating ExTi stable systems, networks and organisms of similar elements, which interchange energy and information among them. For example, informative particles are always accompanied by energetic fields and living bodies are guided by informative heads, joined by a neck through which our organism exchanges fluxes of energy and information. A fact that we formalize through the Generatrix equation of spatial energy and temporal information that defines any feed-back loop or Time-Space cycle:

The power of that formalism to describe the Universe is such that I have derived from it some of the main equations of physical and biological sciences. It reads in logic terms, as the principle of transformation of energy into information:
